I have been purchasing supplies for my guinea pigs from Flower Town Chinchillas since 2010, and they have always provided excellent products and great customer service. I consistently purchase Oxbow Timothy Hay, Oxbow pellets and treats, as well as vitamins and supplements. In the past, when wishing to purchase special organic feeds for my pets, they have put in special orders for me and held the product until I was available to pick it up. They have fantastic communication-especially when items were backordered. In a time where everything has become so expensive and great customer service is rare, I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed and have received always the best customer service and products from Flower Town Chinchillas. I had the most amazing experience with Flower Town. The item that I ordered happened to be out of stock (mistakes happen). They contacted me back right away and provided me with the option of a fair substitute. I decided against the substitue (personal choice) and their customer service was quick with the refund, apology and offer to contact me when the product came back in stock. About 2 weeks after my refund they contacted me that the item was back in stock. I was happy to reorder They went above and beyond in customer service. It felt nice to be valued as a customer. I cannot recommend flower Town Chinchillas enough. I've been ordering from them for about four years, they recently just changed over to new owners, and the new owners are great, too. They went above and beyond for me, searching their warehouse for weeks for a toy that was discontinued. Because I have a ferret that is in love with that specific toy, the new owner made sure that it was found so my little girl could have her favorite toy replaced. They were also kind enough to do a small discount on my order because I rescue ferrets. All around an amazing company to deal with, fair prices, and they go above and beyond for their customers. Ordered the Nepco 8.0 Cu. Ft. Aspen shavings for my gerbils. I ordered from Calgary, and with shipping fees it still had amounted to over a 45% savings versus local pet stores. Wonderful value, and the personal phone call to verify shipping I felt was beyond what most others would do. I highly recommend this store and will most likely be making my ongoing bedding purchases from here, save the few "oh-no" emergencies we all run into.
